Back in September, I told you guys about Pretty Little Box and their special L'Occitane edition of the subscription service box. Today, I shall talk about their latest box which is in collaboration with the anti-bullying organization called No Label. Right off the bat, I was happy that they collaborated with this anti-bullying organization because I think it's a great cause that more people need to be aware of. With that said, I didn't know what to expect as I was opening the box. I knew it wouldn't be as awesome as the L'Occitane box, but I still was excited to see what's inside. As with all subscription boxes there were some cool things inside and some "meh" things I didn't care about. I also wrote down the price for the items that I could find a price for, just to give you an idea on what you're getting for $25. Make sure to scroll down until the end to find out how to win this box!
#6 "No Label" nailpolish by Lexy Cosmetics (13,000 LL): This is a bright blue shade which is very similar to the Sally Hansen "Pacific Blue" and Essie's "Butler Please", so for me it's a very wearable shade. According to the card provided in the box all proceeds of this color will be fully donated to support the anti-bullying cause. Great initiative Lexy! (sidenote: I applied the color last night and it looks great, but you can't skip the top coat)
90 "Limo Service" Semi-permenant Black Gel Eyeliner by Provoc (around 10,000 LL): I haven't tried Provoc's eyeliners but I'm a fan of a couple of their lipliners. Although I'm not much of a gel/pencil liner person, I do look forward to trying this product out by Provoc.
Climacool 48 hour Deadorant by Adidas (around 10,000 LL for the bigger size): I thought it's really random to have an Adidas deodorant in the box, but it's practical to have a mini deodorant in your bag I guess...
Aromatherapy Bathsalt by Fruisse (13,500 LL): I don't really use bath-salts because I don't take baths, but I do use bath-salts sometimes for my feet to relax after a long day. I most probably will be passing this along to a friend who enjoys baths...
$10 Gift voucher for beauty product on www.feel22.com (15,000 LL): This is a new beauty website that I found about literally 2 days ago which stocks a bunch of beauty brands and delivers around Lebanon. Y'all know I love me some online shopping so I will most likely use this voucher for a sneaky purchase.
One months free dance lessons at Step by Step (60,000 LL): This is a dance studio in Jounieh... As much as I would love to get back into dance (I used to do Tap, Ballet and folkdancing way back in the day), I will NOT be going all the way to Jounieh to dance. This will also be passed on to someone who lives closer.
Brow wax and Tinting at the Benefit Brow bar in ABC Ashrafieh or Dbayeh (45,000 LL): This is valid until December 31, 2016 so I need to get cracking. I've always been curious to try this place out but their prices seem a little too much for eyebrows (compared to the Lebanese market) so this is an excuse for me to try it out. The question is, will I dare venture into ABC in the month of December? Christmas shoppers terrify me... Maybe I'll head there early in the morning one weekend. Ou also, I'm glad you're given the option of Ashrafieh or Dbayeh, it's very considerate.
Pretty Little Box: $25
Value of products in box: almost $111
The lovely folks at Pretty Little Box were kind enough to provide a box for a giveaway, so head to my Instagram to enter the competition!
